Destiny 2 Game

The game is made in a sci-fi setting and sends us to a very distant future when the Earth began to discover new planets and cooperate with alien races. Among the locations, the player will be able to visit Earth, Mars, and Mercury, as well as the centaur planet Nessus, Io, Titan, and Reef.

The plot of Destiny 2 tells about the fate of the City - the last place that became a safe stronghold for the Guardians. Having lost communication with other civilizations, the guardians are attacked by the Red Legion. The best of the Guardians were captured or killed, and the remaining soldiers lost their former skills and artifacts. Wandering through the vastness of the galaxy, they have to regain lost power and return the city under their control.

Destiny 2 starts with choosing your species and character class. In total, the game features 8 species, three of which are playable - Human, Awoken, Exo, and the other 5 are unplayable and are found as AI opponents - Fallen, Cabal, Vex, Hive, and forsaken Scorn.

There are only three classes in the game and each of them has its own subclass:

  • Hunter - for those who like agile and fast combat, owns firearms and melee weapons. Skilled and brave hunters move quickly and make decisions even faster. Shoot your opponents with golden pistol bullets, flying through hordes of enemies like the wind, or attack from the darkness. Find an enemy, aim ... and win before the battle begins.
  • The Titan is a powerful and impenetrable warrior who uses massive weapons. Proud and disciplined, the Titans are capable of both ferocious assault and unbreakable defense. Swing your burning hammer, lightning bolts through the sky, and get ready to meet any opponent face to face. Your shield will reliably protect your team from enemy attacks.
  • Warlock is a kind of military scientist, capable of using various technologies during battle. Unleash a deadly rain on the battlefield, destroying hordes of enemies in the blink of an eye. The one who dares to challenge you will know the real power of Light.

Once the story begins in Destiny 2, the player can choose which path to take next. He can follow the story campaign and go through it himself, or with friends, he can gather for raids and strikes with other players. Or he can simply travel the world, performing secondary tasks, of which there is a huge number.

The developers paid special attention to the combat system. The game has added many types of futuristic weapons and detailed realistic shooting physics. Opponents in the game have good artificial intelligence and are able to dodge your attacks and build a battle strategy for each player.

Opponents in Destiny 2

Opponents in Destiny 2 do not just effectively dodge your bullets and take numbers. But they also build strategies, trying to surround you, help each other, and use the features of the map's landscape. There are not many skirmishes in story missions, but every major encounter is a challenge. At the same time, there is practically no staging in the game, it captures and generates emotions exclusively with basic shooter mechanics. Therefore, it is compared to Doom rather than Halo. And after another hot shootout, you won't want to complain that you were simply locked in an arena with a crowd of enemies.

Destiny 2 Conclusion

In general, the Bungie studio tried its best and released the very good game that it promised its fans. Destiny 2 is bigger, better, prettier, and smarter than its predecessor. Destiny 2 is a great shooter with amazing graphics and incredible music.

Bungie knows how to make science fiction, knows how to work out universes, and fills them with the atmosphere. With a couple of dozen new quests and stories, with a bunch of new characters and a ton of activities that will entertain you, tens and hundreds of times longer than the story itself.

In Multiplayer mode, you can automatically find a group of experienced players who will help you with the passage. Even if your friends don’t play Destiny 2, you can still get the most out of the game.
